"Tammy has helped me so much
during some hard times. She has
been there for me. She has many
insights to offer as well as a wise
perspective. I highly recommend
her to anyone who needs a bridge
when trying to weather through
rough and troubled waters. She is
also simply one of the best
listeners I have ever met. A very
giving soul!"

“Tammy does an excellent job of
listening, understanding and
advising. She has the skills and
expertise to truly help people to
move in the right direction in
order to reach their goals. I am
deeply grateful for all her help at
a time when I needed it the most.
She has helped me to view
obvious things more seriously
and to take better care of myself.
I highly recommend her to
anyone who is seeking to
improve his/her life!”

Tammy is awesome!! She is
intuitive and sensitive, which are
her best assets. Whenever I'm
having problems and I talk to
Tammy, I always feel better....
like a weight has been lifted off
my shoulders. I believe Tammy
is gifted and possesses an
exceptional grasp of the spiritual
realm. She is totally worth your
time and effort. You will not
regret it!"

A life coach is not a counsellor or psychotherapist and does not focus on
psychological or emotional disorders. A coach is more like a mentor and/or
guide who works with individuals to help them discover the answers and steps
to take to make their situation and/or life better. A coach does not act as an
expert! A coach will give you the proper tools and resources for you to follow
through with the actions necessary to achieve the right direction and will guide
you in accomplishing this. A coach will focus his or her energy and attention
on achieving the goals you set out to achieve and will be objective, supportive
and nonjudgmental in helping you do so. You will develop an ongoing
partnership that is based on trust.
A person that needs a life coach is someone who has major disruption in
their life such as job loss, relationship problems (be it friend, family, or
intimacy), career struggles, finance issues, or just searching for a life
purpose.
There is no set time period. I work with each individual on a one-on-one basis
and I will consider all your needs. Some individuals need a few sessions to
help them get their thoughts and actions together, while others need more. It
all depends on you and your needs and goals.
The consultation discussion is carried out via face-to-face, phone, as well
as e-mail. You will provide me with your concern(s) and I will use my best
judgment in giving advice as to how to proceed. I treat every client with a
unique style because I believe no two situations are the same, nor are two
people the same. I will encourage you to consider your whole life:
physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. If any topic is off limits, please
let me know in the beginning sessions and I will proceed as instructed.
